RETREAT WAIVER
Neither LRWA nor its board members are responsible for accidents or injury to Beach Bound Event attendees, or for articles lost, stolen or left behind. As per RWA mandate, LRWA will not provide alcoholic beverages at the Retreat. Any member bringing said beverages is solely responsible for the use, distribution, and/or consumption, and any consequences of imbibing said beverages. Payment of any damages caused to the house or premises by an event attendee or her/his guest(s) is the sole responsibility of that attendee.

I understand and agree to abide by the LRWA payment and refund policies, which are that both the full fee and a registration form must be received by LRWA for my registration to be valid, that full payment is required at the time of my registration, and that NO refunds will be given for cancellations, with NO exceptions for any reason whatsoever. I acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be given by LRWA for this event; however, I understand I may fill my spot with another attendee and make my own financial arrangements with her, then notify LRWA of the switch.
